He is an experimental artist born in Sapele, Delta State to the families of Mr. & Mrs. Yusuf Isa Oshiobugie of Auchi in Etsako West Local Government Area of Edo State.
He had his National Diploma (ND) in Painting and General Art and his Higher National Diploma Painting in 1994 and 1997 respectively at Federal Polytechnic, Auchi, Edo State.
He proceeded to Togo after his N.Y.S.C. program, establishing a joint studio at Maizon Chaclizo in Aneho where he practiced for a while before coming home to establish his studio in 2000 (Lifestyle’ Art Studio) which he relocated to Benin City in 2007 after joining the services of Occupational Therapy Unit, Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Benin City in 2005 as Senior Art Production Officer currently and had exhibited within and outside the country over the years – most recently, Oxford International ART FAIR (London) and THAT ART FAIR (Cape Town, South Africa).
Being and experimental artist, he uses diverse mediums such as oil, acrylic, metal foil and coco fiber which has been the latest romance with his mixed media execution.
